I like everything about this alarm clock because the controls, including brightness, loudness, and settings, are straightforward to use and adjustable.
I faced difficulty setting up the alarm clock. The buttons on the top did not work easily and it took many attempts to set the functions. I also had trouble switching between the 12 and 24 hour clock option and setting up the two alarms. It was confusing to turn off the alarms so that they would still function without fail the next day. I tried setting up the alarm clock again but the setup was even worse. I gave up as the alarm clock was not reliable or usable.
