I have personally experienced dissatisfaction with the durability of the air mattress. It started deflating slowly after a month and now leaks air even when not in use. I left it inflated and went out of town for a day and it was fully deflated when I came back. I tried looking for a hole but couldn't find any. Based on my experience, I can say that the air mattress is not durable.
After a couple of uses, the cloth bag tore along the seams, so now I am using only the plastic bag.
The air mattress failed terribly after reasonable and careful use by me only over the last five months. It had four seam failures on the fuzzy side where the round baffle seams are.
