I am satisfied with the remote control features of the adjustable bed base. The wireless remote is simple and already synced via Bluetooth once I plugged in the motor. I can control the bed base from my bed with my feet and back raised to varying degrees and find it comfortable. I appreciate the Flat button in the middle of the remote, which has all buttons backlit and returns the base to its entirely flat position when pressed and released. It is worth noting that I need to press and hold the other buttons to achieve the desired command they are programmed for.
I received a new control module and remote from customer service. I replaced the control module and paired the remote. Now, my bed works perfectly and independently.
