My Bed Base works very well with my Sleep Number P5 mattress.
The bed fits with the king frame after removing the horizontal support beams.

I was amazed at how easy it was to adjust the height of the bed even after it was installed with the mattresses and everything.
The range of motion for my head and feet is more than expected. It easily exceeds the advertised 40-degree angle for the head.
I faced a problem with the adjustable bed base when using the shortest legs. The arm that adjusted the head would catch on the carpet fibers, which could cause wear and tear on the mechanism or even damage the carpet. So, I switched to the medium leg height.

I have noticed that the legs of the bed continually need tightening and even when tight, they are very wobbly. When I first got the bed, it scared me how wobbly the bed was when I would get in it. This review expresses my negative feedback with respect to the stability of adjustable-bed-bases.
The legs of my adjustable bed base are unstable and do not stay locked into the height position. I have to readjust them every few days and am concerned that the bed may collapse at any moment.

I am impressed with the remote control features of the adjustable-bed-bases. It is responsive, easy to operate, and has a nice, solid feel with backlit buttons.
The remote control works great with many adjustments and a built-in flashlight.
I suggest that the print on the remote control should be clearer and the backlight should stay on longer when raised.
