As a welder, I can say that the welds look good and the frame feels sturdy.
I tried putting the bed on risers, but it didn't feel sturdy, so I don't recommend it.

The remote control feature of our adjustable-bed-bases works fine even after going through the laundry.
The remote control has all necessary features like head up, head down, foot up, foot down, zero gravity up, zero gravity down, and all flat buttons, and is easy to operate.
Putting the remote together is easy with light and preset buttons for different positions.

The adjustable bed base doesn't work well with firm mattresses. However, I was impressed with the wide range of mattresses it apparently works with. My chiropractor recommended either sleep number, the firmest mattress you can find, or an adjustable bed like this.

I have personally experienced that the head raises almost perpendicular, maybe 70-75 degrees, and the foot probably 45 degrees on the adjustable-bed-bases. Based on my experience, I can say that the control board is easy to use with many options and presets.
The adjustable bed base has a specific adjustment range where my back tilts up and the lower half behind my legs tilts up but remains flat on top.
The bed's head and foot can be adjusted independently with two powerful electric motors.
