I was able to set up and sync the watch with my phone easily without my husband's help.
The watch connects to my phone and alerts me of phone calls and messages.
I can keep track of date and time on my watch via connection with its smartphone app, making it as accurate as my phone.
It took me 20 minutes to set up the device and it was not easy.

There is a way to calibrate it against a traditional cuff measurement and at that point it only measures deviation from the reference, which is more accurate.
