I normally go with Large Tall, but the tapered legs versions were laughably small/tight/short on me. However, these are long enough and big enough and they look good!
I ordered the men's large size and it fits comfortably without being sloppy.
It's hard to find pants that fit my 15 year old who is tall but thin. I've tried many athletic pants in stores but they are built for men with a 30 inch inseam. These Adidas were a great option for us. They have a cuff on the bottom, so it's okay if we don't need the full four extra inches over the standard inseam. The mediums fit our shape well.
