I find the pizza yeast easy to use as it allows me to roll out the dough without it bouncing back.

The yeast packets have an expiration date of July 2011 and arrived on 4/13/11, so their shelf life is very short.
I was disappointed to find out that the 15 packets of yeast all expire in less than 2 months.
I suspect that the yeast was killed due to being stored in a hot Amazon warehouse.
