I wish the liquigel caps were available in higher dosage levels (500 mg or more) for adults who want the stronger dose level in the liquigel form so they wouldn't have to take as many to get the desired dosage level.

I am excited to try this product as I have not had luck with pain relief from anything that is not in a liquid form. It works very well.
One Tylenol Gel works well for me with no side effects other than feeling a bit sleepy after about an hour after taking.
These pain relievers are the best available OTC and work better than other types of Tylenol. I asked the hospital pharmacist why they work better, but I'm not sure. However, I've experienced that they go to work almost immediately and last a lot longer than other pain relievers.
