The batteries tend to leak eventually.
I have been facing leakage problem with Duracell batteries. I have used Energizer batteries in the past and never faced this problem. Thus, I hope that Energizer brand seals up the battery better than Duracell.
I was worried about the difficulty of removing and adding batteries, but found it easy to pop them out quickly due to the open design.
The packaging was different than pictured. The batteries came in individual retail 4 quantity packs with the hanging cardboard backing.

I have been using these batteries for several years and have observed that their performance life is 2-4 months, which is less than the batteries I used previously.
The batteries only last for 2-3 weeks at best and most of them die after a couple of days. I compared it with the same battery which lasted almost 2 years in the same application.
