  • What users have to say about Prime-Line Products H 3966 Spline Socket Crank Handle, Stone

We have been in this house for 30 years and have lost some of the Anderson window cranks. So it was time to replace them. I went online and looked at a variety of places, but hands down these were the best value.

The curve of the handle makes it easier to use than plastic ones.

The window hardware needs to be replaced because the handle is in bad condition and the new one can only do so much.

They were installed quickly and look exactly like the originals. This was a great choice at a great price.

The handles were replaced in the early 1990's. The price is great and they are well built.

The screw on my windows is a set screw that is 5/16" diameter with 2 rows of 12 notches around it.

This item cannot be used with a 5/16" stem only a 3/8" stem because it is not the stone color that this item is.

    Is the set screw included?

When you order from Colden Solutions, you will get the set screw as we hand inspect each handle before shipping.

My house was built in 91' and my Anderson cranks need to be replaced, but will they fit my window?

I suggest searching Amazon for the original handle that is built better and works much better, so that you can get factory fresh genuine Andersen parts.

Is there a right and a left crank?

This handle is non-handed and works for either the right or left.

Why does 1 handle cost $5.68 and a set of 2 costs $42?

I'm old enough to have heard the expression "there is a sucker born every minute" and the internet seems to prove that plenty of merchants are going to take full advantage of it.
