I have been using this bag for a while, and it is great, the pouch holds a lot of tools, and I like that I am always going to work on this, and that is what I like about this bag.
The combination of massive on the inside but small is what makes this a serious piece of kit. The interior pockets are great, with enough space for large tools and separate sections for different types of tools.
It feels like binding up would be hard, but it's really nice quality. The roll up function works well, with very sturdy plastic clips on nylon straps to hold the Roll Up together.
I will probably use something to hang it from, since it has eyelets sewn into the corners.
I have a dickies wrench roll a carhart and I love using it as a sling for other things, but I'm not sure if it's better to use it as a sling for Torque wrench breaking bars or something else.
Question & Answers
Does this have tools?
The tool roll does not come with tools.
When rolled up with an average amount of tools, what is the diameter?
My diameter is about 8-9 in., but mine is filled up pretty much to the brim.
Is it possible to fit a 14" sockets organizer with deep sockets in a pouch?
I have a 12” organizers with std depth sockets that fits with maybe 1/3 to spare, so you won't get a 14" organizers in, even at an angle.
I don't know if it's a two bag set because the pictures all show two.
I believe they are trying to show it rolled up and open.
The zippers should be offset a bit on the high side so less falls out and you can keep more in it while hanging it.
The placement of suppers on each pocket is a bit too center and the tools do fall out if your pockets are full, I rarely hang my bag though, usually just unroll it and lay it down.
