What users have to say about Fitness Reality Multi-function, Adjustable Power Rack Squat Stand with J-Hooks
The best rack to buy if you want to use your at home gym is the one from the Fitness Reality brand, which is sold on Amazon.
The spotter arms are easy to change and the additional landmine attachment is awesome.
I need a rack for squats and bands and this is the one I have found. The assembly manual is very good and the bolts were mounted on a cardboard shrink-wrap sheet and clearly marked for each stage of assembly.
The quality is great for the money and I would recommend it for anyone looking to do landmine exercises, barbell squats, barbell rows, barbell gorilla press, pullups, pushups, and tons of other exercises.
The bench gap is small but it is an amazing deal and I would purchase it again.
FAQ
How long does it take to assemble?
It took me about an hour to put it together the first time, and 2.5 hours the second time.
What are the dimensions assembled?
I don't have enough space in the garage to lower the whole top.
The safety bars are supposed to be angle up, but it is not clear if that is the case.
The angle of the safety arms prevent the barbell from rolling away from the upright post.
Can you tell me the maximum weight on the catches?
I think 800 pounds. You can email reality fitness and they will answer all your questions.
Is this really quite?
If you slam a barbell on the spotter arms, there will be some noise but if you mean squeaky noises, then no.
