    Q:

Will this work for balancing exercises, when I stand on it?

    A:

I have successfully done pistol squats and one leg holds on to a 20 lbs ball with no issues, in my opinion it is a better balancing workout than using a Bosu ball.

    Q:

I want to roll out my glutes, but I don't want it to compress when I put weight on it. How solid is this ball?

    A:

The med ball is solid and can do what you want, but I would recommend a rumble roller for your glutes.

    Q:

Does the ball come deflated or inflated?

    A:

The weighted ball is ready to be used out of the package.

    Q:

Is it possible to fill the contents of the ball shift when you move the ball?

    A:

You don't, feel the contents shift at all, I really like using this ball for so many different moves.

    Q:

Is there a correlation between body size and lift, as well as the size of the ball?

    A:

I'm assuming that your level is on the beginner side, so I would suggest anywhere from 8 - 12 pounds.
