The skateboard deck is wide, it came perfectly adjusted to the trucks, and I have never tried it before, but I was able to stand on it on my very first try, even being on my 30's.
The board is a bit narrower than a typical skateboard for teens and adults, so it's a good option for kids with small feet.
The board has a smooth 50mm 85A PU wheels with ABEC -7 precision bearings and black grip tape which makes it great for skating on rough ground or in the skate parks.
My son is going to get a skate boarding set for his 7th birthday and I am going to surprise him with this one, it looks perfect, nice and sturdy, and I'm loving the design and the price.
The graffiti style design on the bottom of the board made it a good choice for my son, who is still a beginner.

Yes. I bought for an 8 year old and it was perfect for both teenagers and adults.
