There is no difference in the packs. The third party that are offering deluxe editions for a much higher price are fraudulent sellers. All of the accessories they claim to offer, Step2 offers at no additional charge.

Is there a way to drain the inside of the table, not the basin that water is supposed to be in?

One suggestion is to get a drill and 1/4" drill bit and drill a hole through plastic underneath where water has accumulated.

Did your table come with holes in the back to screw the legs in or did you have to drill a hole on the back?

You have to screw the 20 screws through the plastic, which is very frustrating when a toddler is excited and wants to start playing.
