I purchased the 2-Pack of this product from Amazon and it was packaged in the proper Oral-B packaging, all in a genuine product, even though some of the top reviews were from years ago.
My dentist told me that they are compatible with most Oral-B electric toothbrushes, after I used them for a few months.
I noticed a lot of complaints about the fake heads that the company was selling, so I decided to risk it, and I couldn't be more happy with the product I've received several times.
