  • What users have to say about Brita Longlast Monterey Water Filter Pitcher

The filter has been certified to remove 10 different types of pollutants, including 99-plus percent of lead, and five so-calledemerging contaminants, among them pharmaceuticals that have begun to enter the water supply.

If you live in an area with serious water quality issues, you might consider one of the more expensive water filters, because they aren't quite going to do the job, but you should read the review on the wirecutter website.

The large amount of water on this one makes it very easy to fill, but it also makes it hard to pour if you try to do it while it's still partially done filtering, which is very different to our old Brita.

The Brita water filter pitcher is a good match for my Pur version, since they both have advantages while delivering clean, fresh-tasting water through a filtration system.

The indicator light is useless, I can assure you, and this is a beautiful, functional, eco friendly, and worthwhile investment compared to bottled water.
