    Q:

How long do the batteries last, and if you replace the batteries does the electronic filter indicator reset?

    A:

All BRITA Pitchers come with a 1-year warranty and a long battery life.

    Q:

Does the indicator tell you when to change the filter based on how many times it was filled up?

    A:

When you change the filter, press and hold the button until you see it flash green two.

    Q:

Does the electronic counter need a battery?

    A:

It's useless to put a battery in a pitcher because the digital part burns out.

    Q:

How many filters will be provided?

    A:

We had one filter, but Amazon has decent prices on replacement filters.

    Q:

We can't get ours to fit in any way, so we're wondering if anyone else had a problem with the cover fitting.

    A:

I bought 8 months ago, and I believe some of these are a little off, allowing the standard Brita filter to become swollen and float up, pushing the top cover to Pop up just enough to make it no longer fit.
