If you don't mind the blue hue, they are perfectly fine to dim, and I prefer the Philips as it's warm at lower brightness.

The bulbs were all in the boxes, which is a good thing for any product, but you never know what to expect with a new brand.

I don't like the bright blue of the led's. I like to dim bulbs and have dimmers throughout the house.

I was happy to see that the box of six bulbs was well protected and that they were bright enough for use in the kitchen and bathroom.

It is easy to put in and fill a small room with enough light, since it is just 15.5 watt, which is 100 watt equivalent.

    Question & Answers

    Q:

Is it possible to use these in an enclosed light fixture?

    A:

If the fixture was designed for a 100 W bulb, the 19W LEDs should cause no problems since they are low wattage.

    Q:

Is it compatible with the e27 screw base?

    A:

It is possible to fit an E26 bulb into an E27 sockets, but it does not mean that your lamp installation complies with the electrical safety standards that the lamp and lampholders were designed for.

    Q:

Do the bulbs direct most of the light up and sideways or not down?

    A:

The Linkind bulbs have a beam angle of 230 degree, which means they will produce diffuse light, not accent light.

    Q:

Do these bulbs work with a 3-way dimming switch, or just a smooth dimming dial?

    A:

The Linkind bulb is not included in the "3-way" group of lights, which have a base that allows for 2 filaments to be controlled, giving 3 different levels of illumination.

    Q:

Which dimmer switch works best with these bulbs, I see many that make them flicker?

    A:

The light bulbs work well and I have a standard dimmer switch that can be used to dim or dim them.
