The 9 watt led bulbs that came with them were not bright enough and these 15 watt versions solved the problem.
I am happy with the quality of these, they are a bit brighter than 3 of the 9 watt versions, so it is time to see how long they will last.
The energy savings from the lightbulbs have already been paid off. I recommend these to replace your old soft white lightbulbs.
I plan on purchasing more of these bulbs because the difference is night and day.

Do these give the full spectrum to growing plants?
A:
I don't think grow lights will kill any plants. My whole house uses our LEDs bulbs and plants grow just fine.

I ordered these and installed them in two different lamps, the bulb and base of the bulb seem to get extremely hot, is this normal?
A:
The base of the LEDs does heat up, but consider how hot the old incandescent was.

Are these bulbs safe for use in a ceiling fan light fixture?
A:
The bulbs should work if the base is E26 or higher.

Are these bulbs durable enough to handle the vibration that comes from garage doors open/close?
A:
The bulb was tested by Chamberlain garage door openers for compatibility and they recommend it.
Q:
Is it possible to use this in my over the stove exhaust fan?
A:
Not recommended for use over a stove as these LEDs are not rated for use in high temperature areas.
