Lighter bike frame for added control, smaller grip diameters for smaller hands, and a more narrow pedal position to match children's smaller hips. From the manufacturer smart start bikes come in two sizes 12-inch and 20-inches - depending on the size of the child and the height of their seat and handlebar.
