The replacement bulbs for our ceiling fans looked bad, but they are a great value and give a nice, not a glaring light.
This is a great replacement for the bulbs that looked bad in our ceiling fan and they are the correct wattage for the fan in our kitchen.
The replacement bulbs have thinner frosting than the old ones, and it would have made a noticeable mismatch if less than all 8 were replaced.
They were in a sturdy box and have worked great for months now.
They work great in our home as well as in our Walmart wax warmer, and we love them.
Question & Answers
Is it the same bulb as the GEJ bulb?
If it's a globe shape light bulb, it should be called a type G with a number specifying its size.
Has anyone had the base break off of a bulb?
I had to use a pair of needle-nose pliers to remove the base of the bulb.
I don't know if this will work in a touch lamp. There are only a few that work in my touch lamp.
I used them in wax burners and they put out a good amount of light, but they may need special bulbs.
Please let anyone else have a problem with them dimming.
I don't use a dimmer because I have the 25 watt bulbs.
Is the frosting glossy or matt?
I don't think the bulb is shiny, it's frosted, and you can't see anything inside of it.
