This paper is very smooth, glossy, and similar to regular printer paper, however, it feels a bit thicker, of course, as there is not a lot of difference in my opinion.
This does make me slow down, but it does a good job of a few other things. The paper is firmly attached to the pad, so I don't have any issues with it coming off as I am working, and the paper weight is good for my purposes.
The large size of the US Art Supply Premium Spiral Bound Sketch Book makes it a good choice for drawing, even if you are left handed.
This type of paper is great for everyday use, and perfect for kids' school projects.
