  • What users have to say about FURminator Undercoat Deshedding Tool for Dogs

It's easy to use and easy to clean. I brush my dog after our walks in the backyard and have a plastic bag nearby to dispose of the hair in it when the brush looks full.

The Big G Slicker brushes are amazing and my dog thinks he is getting a massage with that, it does dual purpose of getting rid of fur and also the dry skin on his body.

I am able to remove some of my dog's excessive border collie/German Shepard hair with the brush because she enjoys this game where I beg her to stop running away and she grabs the brush and blows me off.

The Black Lab mix was full of hair when we rescued it and I had heard good things about the Furminator, but I had never used it on a dog.

This brush works as advertised and has helped us control loose hair around the house.

I don't know if I should get the long hair or the short hair model for my dog. Some of his fur is shorter than two inches.

If the majority of hair is shorter than 2 inches, then get the shorter haired version.

If something is too good to be true, it usually is. Please state if this is a genuine furminator or not.

I bought one on Amazon and it's a fake, so I'm going to suggest you buy it from a real place.

What is the size of this?

The yellow is the large size for dogs between 50 to 90 lbs., while red is for dogs over 90 lbs.

Is it necessary to have short hair or long hair for a full blooded lab?

We used the only Furminator that was out at the time, it was for long haired dogs.

There are a few reviews that say this product is a fake, but the more current reviews do not show it being a fake. Do you think it's a legit product?

I bought the one I broke a year ago, but it was a fake. I sent it in for their inspection and they confirmed it was a fake.
