I ordered it from Amazon because it is the fastest cleaner and does not eliminate odors, even after they were pulled off the shelves.

I was hopeful that this might be useful to him, as he had to brush his retainer nightly to keep them clean.

The use of this product definitely keeps my trays fresh and clean., Directions state certain ways of how to use these, but what I do is leave my Invisalign in the trays.

I put a timer on and then washed the retainer and case. It did a great job of getting the dirt off.

The retainers get very yucky very quickly after the treatment, so they don't get switched often.

    Question & Answers

    Q:

Do you have to leave it soaking for more than 10 minutes?

    A:

I leave for 10 minutes and don't think it would change the composition of the guards.

    Q:

Does it have persulfates in it?

    A:

The box says "no Persulfates", it really does work and leaves the retainers nice and fresh.

    Q:

Is it possible that this helps remove plaque of retainers and keeps them clean?

    A:

It depends on how hard the plaque is and I like the way it keeps the retainers clean.

    Q:

Is this item something you would like to buy?

    A:

I use it once a week and use regular dentures the other 6 days, but it lasts almost a year.

    Q:

Is the product safe for wire retainers and hawley retainers?

    A:

There is a phone number from the package to call if you have questions about the product.
