I ordered size medium based on other reviews and I am 58 and 150. I am 34D and it is tight in the chest, but I wanted to be more fitted so I stuck with Medium. If you want to button it up or wear over thicker shirts, order one size up. If you are going for a fitted look, stay true to size.
