    I've learned that low and slow is the key to preventing bit breakage and that you should reverse the drill before pulling the tap from the threaded hole.


    I have been using the 8-32 bit to drill and tap 8 holes in a piece of metal that is 3/16 inch thick, and the tap shows no wear.


    The double packing makes it hard to lose one, and the bits are marked on the shank as far as tap sizes go.


    It worked great and did not have any issues when used for a kickstand.


    I haven't used them yet but they look like they will work well.
