    The smell is great and I like keeping it in a bed side drawer stand, I have trouble sleeping and I have horrible anxiety, so I put it under my nose when I got it.


    It helps relax you and make breathing easier, and I found that putting it on my tired, achy feet at night after 9 hours in heels made them soft, as well as helping with the pain.


    I have been having a hard time sleeping due to coughing and congestion and I started applying this to my neck and chest at night so I could get a good night's sleep.


    The scent is very pleasant and it provides the expected benefits of Vicks. It's especially good if you're a nursing student or a health care professional who's frequently in contact with unpleasant odors.


    I bought this at a dollar general store and used it on my 7 year old when he had strep throat and it helped stop the drainage down his throat.
