I purchased the Aeris Memory Foam Contour Pillow - Queen Size after doing a lot of research to find a solution for my neck and back pain.
It's a plus for me because getting good support usually requires a firm pillow, and I found one that was soft and gentle, unlike some of the ones I tried that made me feel like I was sleeping on a padded board.
I have tried many pillows that made me feel like I was sleeping on a padded board, but none of them were as soft and gentle as this one, and it took a lot of research to find one that would give the right amount of support for both the neck and the head.
I thought squeezing with your hand focused on a pinch and a flat handed firm press wouldn't affect the neck area as much as it did when sleeping, but I was wrong.
I leave reviews for the products I have used and for the ones I don't so I can help others make well-informed online purchases.

When I unpackaged my pillow, it had a normal memory foam product in a warehouse smell, but that dissipated quickly.
