I purchased the Aeris Memory Foam Contour Pillow - Queen Size after doing a lot of research to find a solution for my neck and back pain.

It's a plus for me because getting good support usually requires a firm pillow, and I found one that was soft and gentle, unlike some of the ones I tried that made me feel like I was sleeping on a padded board.

I have tried many pillows that made me feel like I was sleeping on a padded board, but none of them were as soft and gentle as this one, and it took a lot of research to find one that would give the right amount of support for both the neck and the head.

I thought squeezing with your hand focused on a pinch and a flat handed firm press wouldn't affect the neck area as much as it did when sleeping, but I was wrong.

I leave reviews for the products I have used and for the ones I don't so I can help others make well-informed online purchases.

    Question & Answers

    Q:

I've bought 2 from Walmart and they aren't helping anymore, it's only been a few months apart. How long will it last?

    A:

I bought mine in September of last year, and it still is supportive, even though I have cervical arthritis, slept with 2 pillows all the time, and did not think I could do it.

    Q:

I'm disabled, sleep on side, unable to adjust head or body.Need a firm pillow that keeps head held up.

    A:

I am disabled and sleep on my back so I have not had a problem with it.

    Q:

Does this have neck support, but a soft surface feel that doesn't press against my ears?

    A:

I have my head on the pillow and it cushions my neck with support, but my ears don't feel any pressure.

    Q:

What foam is used to make this?

    A:

I am not sure what the foam is made of but it goes back to the orignal shape instantly.

    Q:

Does Aeris Contour Pillow have a strong chemical smell?

    A:

When I unpackaged my pillow, it had a normal memory foam product in a warehouse smell, but that dissipated quickly.
