  • What users have to say about Essential Fondue Cookbook: 75 Decadent Recipes to Delight and Entertain

I had never heard of fondues made with cheese or chocolate, but the author did a great job showing me how to make them.

I have never heard of fondue other than cheese or chocolate, but the author has done a great job of breaking down the chapters into their own collections, as well as the collection of dessert fondue recipes that go beyond the simple chocolate fondue.

I decided to give it a try anyway, and I am very happy I did. The range of fondues in the book is amazing, and there are some wonderfully off-the-beaten path fondues that will take you around the world.

It's not fancy to sit around with friends and loved ones in fondue, it's nice to have a small pot of food to share.

I thought the recipes in the cookbook could be really fun, but when I first read them, I was like, "Oh my gosh, this is so boring!" But after reading through the cookbook, I was kind of excited and thought the recipes could be really fun.
