My guy loves it because he loves the look of it and never took the time to get a cutter.
The design is simple and looks good, but it does feel like it will break, but the husband just loves it and the box it comes in.

I'm not aware of childproof cigar cutter, you have to treat them the same way you treat a knife and not leave them around children, etc.
