I used the Alaska Bear cigar cutter to cut off the end of my first Punch Chateau L maduro cigar, which was a very rare and expensive one.

Most cuts have been clean, but a few have been a little rough, so its easy to store in a box or case or pocket, if you want to save money as an entry level smoker.

I have recently received a box of 25 of these coveted and rather expensive smokes and have gone all out to purchase accessories such as a nice humidor, butane lighter, humidifying crystals, digital hygrometer and the Alaska Bear.

The replacements build quality is tighter than before but there is still a little play in the blades when they are not linked and that is not very noticeable when cutting a cigar.

I like this one because of the price and the fact that another cigar cutter I was planning on purchasing didn't allow the cigar to go all the way through, which I didn't like.
