I wear them all the time, and sometimes they leave a ring around the nip, but it is not terrible, as long as you are wearing a bra.

There is no need for Silver to be in close contact with the skin to work its magic.
Can I put the cream on the cups to speed the healing process?
It won't hurt but I don't think it will speed the healing process because it's essentially like using an antibiotic on top of an antibiotic.
