What users have to say about Milkies Milk-Saver On-The-Go, Breast Milk Collecting Shells and Nipple Shield
I am getting it as a gift for my friends and I would like to remind them to not bend forward while wearing.
I have been using these since I lost too much milk and the plastic rubs against me make me have a rash so I stopped using them all together.
They are the least noticeable pair of milk savers I've seen. I have had one spill in them, but I'm not sure why.
You can see all of the different brands and shapes of milk saver that you want, but you need to choose the hard plastic.
They collect milk even if it is leaking and it helps your clothes stay clean and smelling good.
When I lean over to pick something up in other breastmilk savers, all the milk spills out the holes at the top. Will this happen with this saver?
The unit isn't spill proof, but it should fit snug against your breast to prevent spills.
Does it come with a similar stand as the traditional milkies?
The Milk-Saver does not come with a stand. It is designed to be worth out and about to collect milk between feedings.
How does the milk not spill from the middle hole?
Each breast shell holds about 1 ounce.Empty your Milk-Savers On-the-Go breast shells every 1-2 hours or as often as needed.
Does it move?
You can pour the milk into a storage bag or bottle if you have a plastic breast 'pad' that collects the milk instead of soaking it up.
Is there a difference between the tradition milk saver and the new milk saver? Could I just use the tradition one while on the go?
It only sucks if you forget about it and it fills itself, so if you're budgeting, use the traditional one.
