I am not a fan of saw blades but this one cuts very well and was shipped quickly so I am happy.

I needed a lower pitch blade for trimming 72" long pieces of hardwood into bows, and this is the lowest one I can get from Powertec.

I used my initial blade that came with the saw and liked it so much that I decided to use this one.

It works well, I bought it because it fits the harbor freight band saw, and it cuts just fine, I'm not sure if that's an issue with the no hassle Amazon returns, but it seems to be good quality.

This is a wider blade than I have used before, but it is also lasting longer, which is a good thing.

    Question & Answers

    Q:

    Will this fit the BS904?

    A:

I can't think of any other way to answer this question other than by using the 62 inch blade used by the Powertec 13134X and the Ryobi BS904.

    Q:

Is it possible to cut brass tubes with this?

    A:

It's likely that anything over 1/16-3/32 is not possible.

    Q:

Does this work to cut metal?

    A:

There are blades designed specifically to cut metals, but you can read more than the size and price if you read the page.

    Q:

Does this blade work for cutting steel?

    A:

I wouldn't break it on pine wood.

    Q:

Are you aware of any 3/16" x 62" blades?

    A:

We don't carry band saw blades with the width of 3/16".
