I had to remove the tie rod from the Sierra to make room for R&R on the front differential, but I didn't damage the seals, so I used a loaner puller from O'Rielly.
The tool was replaced by Orion Motor Tech within one day, and I was able to get a full refund the next day.
This was a great job, as the piece was rust welded tight and it was easy to get the job done.
I chose the replacement kit which I hope will hold up better then the last one. The customer service dept was quick to address my issues. I will buy from them again just because I know they are willing to stand behind their product.
I used the pitman arm pull for the top ball joints and the long armed ball joint pull for the lower ball joints, and a few sharp blows to the head, to break the ball joints loose on a 92 D250 with a 4k axle.
