FAQ
Is this product organic?
I don't know if they are organic, but these were great for simmering in cider and this bag was a great value.
Are they food grade?

I usually put 3 or 4 sticks in a pot of coffee, but the cinnamon flavor tends to peak at the time it has cooled down.
Is it possible to eat them?
If you have too much, you could damage your liver. This is because it is called Cassia Cinnamon and it is toxic if you have less than 1 stick a day.
The photo makes it look like they are varied lengths, but they can't be too short.
They're already used for ornaments and pomander balls, and the smell isn't strong before you cut them.
