If you want the best chocolate for dipping anything in, stop looking and order this, its a little pricey, but it is amazing and I bought it to make my mom treats for her wedding.
It was so easy to make, I never did it before, but it was great for strawberries dipped in chocolate.

No, there is nothing to be added.
How many people will be served a 4-lb bag?
I would get 2 4lb bags because one of them will fill the machine and it will slowly dissipated as people eat it, and you will have to add more to keep it running smooth.
Is this chocolate good for candy making or will it be thin?
When melted it is thin but gets very hard once it cools down. I'm not sure about its candy making properties, I only used it in the fountain.
How much chocolate will 4 lbs typically serve?
If you are using it in a fountain, there is plenty for everyone to enjoy. I get it out every year for our Christmas party and we usually have about 25 - 30 people here.
How many strawberries can I cover with these 2 - 2lb bags?
I would estimate that 24-30 strawberries per 2 lbs bag is the best chocolate I have ever used for melting and drizzling on fruit.
