    I didn't notice any flavor, but it had a smooth texture after melting and solidifying. I saw some recipes that combined it with other ingredients to get other texture-one was for frosting.


    It is a little pricey but it is worth it to me to have a little treat as it will allow me to make many delicious chocolate treats for quite a while.


    I placed this product on my list for purchase so that I could always find it when I wanted it.


    The chunks issue was solved by shredding them in my food processor with a little bit of chopping to fit the chute, the quality is good and the shreds melt quickly in the microwave.


    It is thick and perfect for body butters, it has a pleasant smell, and they follow up with you to make sure you are satisfied.
