These are smaller than chocolate chips so they have a bite and taste like an M&M.
These are made with 70% cacao, organic coconut sugar, organic fair-trade cocoa butter, and are a little darker and less sweet than the others that I tried, so you can choose your sweetness.
I have been avoiding chocolate bars and chips because my stomach doesn't like them, maybe the kind of butter they use in the chocolate bars/chips.
The name Gems is associated with something prized, and I think these dark chocolate snacks are a great way to eat a healthy chocolate snack.
