What users have to say about Cacao Barry Bittersweet Chocolate Baking Sticks - 44% Cacao
I was worried that they would melt when shipped, but they were perfect and I am very happy with them.
If you want something sweeter, you might just enjoy these, but keep the temperature in mind when ordering.
I prefer the Callebaut that are not the Cacao Berry because they are too sweet for my taste.
It's the baking chocolate I've been dreaming of, it's small sticks that make it easy to chop up and use for high quality chocolate chips.
The baton is great for bread and croissants.
I noticed that one person received the wrong product, so will I get Callabaut and Cacao Barry if I order this?
I received Callebaut and ordered Barry, but I received an apology and an offer to inform me when Barry was back in stock, but no promise of when that might be.
Isn't it close to milk chocolate, as it seems?
I don't like dark chocolate but I can eat this chocolate and it's perfect for pastries, it's very good and not bitter like dark chocolate.

Is it possible to freeze the chocolate sticks to conserve between uses or would it decrease the quality?
If you freeze chocolate it will lead to loss in quality, so we don't recommend it.
